How do I type Tifinagh?

Will the letters show on my phone or computer?
Most current devices show Tifinagh. If you see empty boxes, the device is missing a Tifinagh font. Updating the system or installing a font such as Noto Sans Tifinagh fixes it.
Can I type with Latin letters and get Tifinagh?
