Tachelhit 30 ("we", "us", "our") is an online course for learning Tashelhit and Standard Amazigh, available at https://tachelhit30.pages.dev. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Learning data. We store your course progress, lesson results, review history, certificates and plan or subscription status so that you can continue where you stopped on any device.

Payment information. Paid plans are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). Your card or PayPal details are entered on their pages and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the confirmation of payment, your plan, and a customer reference.

Waiting list. If you ask to be told when paid plans open, we store your email address and the plan you were looking at, only to send you that message. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Technical data. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs for security and reliability.

Local storage. The course app saves your settings and progress in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Google sign-in and Google user data

If you choose "Sign in with Google", we request only the basic scopes needed to identify you: your email address, name and profile picture (openid, email, profile). We use this information only to create your account and sign you in. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

Tachelhit 30's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

You can revoke Tachelhit 30's access at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the course, and only as needed: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Google (sign-in), and Stripe and PayPal (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable infrastructure providers. Access to paid content is checked on our server. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights and choices

You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself from the account page in the app (an Academy subscription must be cancelled first, so that you are never billed after deleting). You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Morocco or another region with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.

8. Children

Tachelhit 30 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
