Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Tachelhit 30 (the "service") at https://tachelhit30.pages.dev. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Tachelhit 30 is an online course for learning spoken Tashelhit and Standard Amazigh (Tifinagh-IRCAM). It includes lessons, audio, exercises, spaced-repetition review, a grammar library and certificates of completion. Certificates show that you finished a course on this site; they are not official qualifications.
2. Your account
You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Free preview, plans and prices
Some lessons are free. Other lessons are included in paid plans. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. A one-time plan gives you access to the listed tracks for as long as the service is available. The Standard Amazigh Academy is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews until you cancel. When paid plans are not open yet, the site says so and nothing is charged.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. You pay on their secure pages; we never see or store your card or PayPal details. Access opens when the payment provider confirms your payment. Taxes may be added where required by law.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel an Academy subscription at any time from your Stripe or PayPal account, or by writing to us. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again. See the Refund policy for refunds.
6. Content and licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the lessons, audio and other material for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape or share paid content or your account with others, or use it to train software, without our written permission. The explanations and exercises are written for this course. Source books and their authors are credited on the About page and remain the property of their owners.
7. Learning content and accuracy
We work to make the material correct, but Tashelhit and Amazigh have regional varieties, and spellings and forms differ between sources and speakers. Some forms are marked as under review by a native speaker. The content is for learning; do not rely on it for legal, medical or safety-critical communication.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or probe the service for weaknesses without our permission, try to reach other people's accounts or data, upload harmful or unlawful material, or use the service to harass others. If you find a security problem, please tell us at the address on the Contact page.
9. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your account page (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we close an account without a breach of these terms on your side, we will refund any period you paid for and did not use.
10. Our responsibility
The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or because of events outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer or responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the service operator is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
